By accessing or using the Sanctuary web application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Sanctuary provides daily devotionals, Bible reading tools, and AI-generated spiritual content (prayers, advice, news analysis).

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer (Crucial)

Please read carefully:

  • AI Generation: Much of the content in this App (including Guided Prayers, Spiritual Advice, and News Outlooks) is generated by Artificial Intelligence.
  • No Professional Advice: The content provided is for spiritual reflection only. It is not a substitute for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • Accuracy: While we strive for spiritual alignment, AI can make mistakes. We make no guarantees regarding the theological accuracy or biblical correctness of generated responses. You should always use your own discernment.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose.
  • Attempt to "jailbreak" or trick the AI into generating harmful, hateful, or inappropriate content.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanctuary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits or data, resulting from your use of the App or any AI-generated content found therein.

We modify these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, but continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
